Fashion Risk?

I absolutely love this shirt! it's from Forever 21 and i think it's so cute! The ruffles and lace are a perfect combination of what is in style now. :) 

Ok, not sure if you need a tank-top under that shirt because you can't really see through it but you know, just in case. This is from Justice. I picked out a dark grey because white and grey look good together. Well, that's just my opinion. 

This is the risk! A lime green pencil skirt! I've been trying to incorporate one of these for a while on here but never really found a good one. This one is nice and simple and maybe can get passed the dress code for school! I thought that just a plain simple pencil skirt with a ruffled, lace top would be good because it's not that busy. A good pair together if i do say so myself.  This skirt is from Forever 21.

TOMS! I love Toms! They're an adorable show that could be casual or fancy depending on which outfit you pair it up with. This outfit is in the middle of casual and fancy. So, sparkly Toms. I've heard great reviews on them and I heard they're really comfy! I'm planning on getting myself a pair next year! So pumped! Well anyways, i think this would look good because who doesn't want sparkle in their outfit? As long as the shoes stay in good shape, they're perfectly good to wear. Once they start getting a little dirt and worn out, they may not be the best to wear with this outfit! These Toms were from the website Toms.com.
